National Unity Platform principal, Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine has hit hard at President Museveni’s son and commander of Land Forces Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba telling him Uganda is not his father's property.

Muhoozi who has been moving around together with his supporters in different regions popularizing his presidential ambitions in the next general election now sees Bobi Wine as his competitor to his father’s throne.

Through his tweets, Muhoozi shared a cartoon of him fighting with Bobi Wine over the dusty throne. This didn’t go well with the man from Magere who hit back with a recharged mood.

“I am not your brother and I’m not competing for your father’s shoes. You’re entitled to M7’s shoes, cows and even his hat. One mistake you make is to think that Uganda is one of your father’s properties for you to inherit”-Bobi Wine Replied.

President Museveni to address the nation on current economic situation on Sunday

The president of Uganda H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is set to address the nation this Sunday.

This was revealed by senior presidential press secretary Lindah Nabusayi.

According to Linda, President Museveni will talk about the current economic situation in the country were commodity prices are very high.

“President KagutaMuseveni will this Sunday, May 22, 2022, at 8:00 PM address the Nation on the current economic situation,” lindah Nabusay

The Inspector-General of Government (IGG), Beti Kamya, has been reportedly rushed to a hospital in Kampala after she suffered a heart attack.

Sources privy to the matter reveal that Kamya was rushed to the hospital after she suffered a “sudden excruciating pain in her heart”, which made her collapse.

By press time, the IGG’s office had not yet issued an official statement about Kamya’s health condition.

Leaders led by the Rukungiri Deputy Resident District Commissioner (DRDC) Wilberforce Ahimbisibwe Ongom on Wednesday convened a meeting and summoned Mbabazi Costance to reconcile with residents such that peace can be restored in the area before the situation worsens.
