OH MY GOD! ! ! See This Lagos Bus Driver Who Took His Passengers Travelling To Warri To Ibadan

The police in Oyo State apprehended a bus driver who had come all the way from Lagos, for kidnapping his passengers, who were headed to Warri, Delta State, and taking them to Ibadan.

The passengers, said to be comprised of two females and three males, had initially got aboard a white Toyota Sienna bus that was supposed to take them to Warri; however, the bus driver had other ideas.

The passengers later discovered that the driver, identified as one

Augustine Emekume,

had driven them to the Odo Ona area in the Oyo State capital. They subsequently raised an alarm, which got the attention of residents in the area.

The residents informed the police, who swung into action and apprehended Augustine. It was not yet ascertained if he had been working with any other persons to kidnap his passengers.

The police, however, found that while on the journey from Lagos, his passengers had slept off, only waking up some hours later to that they had been driven to an unfamiliar location in Ibadan.

They questioned Augustine as to their whereabouts, but he didn' t stop the vehicle. He started driving recklessly, causing the passengers to raise an alarm, which later led to his arrest.

Operatives of the police' s Anti- Kidnapping Squad, as well as the residents of the Odo Ona area, followed the vehicle in hot pursuit, which later ended with the driver apprehended.

The matter, according to the police, is said to still be under investigation.
