A Police Abstract

One copy of the applicant’s ID, Passport or Birth Certificate

A photocopy of the lost certificate or a result slip (if available)

A legal affidavit on the identity of the applicant

A letter of recommendation from the employer (for employed individuals)

Certificate Application Fee Ksh. 2300 (average)

The first step to replacing your lost academic certificate is to log in to your Query Management Information System (QMIS) account or simply create an account if you don’t have one yet.

Once logged in, simply fill out the required information on the website after clicking confirm

You will be asked to upload the necessary documents to continue with the application process

After completing the process, the next step is to make payments preferably through mobile money, MPESA.

Congratulations! You have successfully applied for a new KCSE/KCPE Certificate.
